Well, first we recommend Buffalo Technology. We have relationship with Buffalo Technology for several years. Their product is extremely reliable, easy to set up and has a great range. Their tech support, if needed, is top notch.

Wireless networking can get confusing. There is a service available from most cellular phone service providers that provide you with "wireless internet access". This is greatly different from wireless networking. Wireless networking will allow you to connect your laptop to a network at your office or home, and freely move around within the range of the wireless transmission. You will still need a connection to the internet, either DSL or cable. What you need to accomplish this is two parts, a wireless network card and a wireless router/access point.
